Portofino Cocktail

• 1 tablespoon Campari
• 1/4 cup fresh red grapefruit juice
• 6 tablespoons tonic water
• 1 red grapefruit slice, for garnish

1. Fill a tumbler with ice.
2. Shake the Campari, grapefruit juice, and tonic in a cocktail shaker.
3. Pour into the tumbler, and garnish with the grapefruit slice.
