Veal Chops With Capers And Cream Sauce Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Heat butter with oil.
  3. Brown chops 7 min each side.
  4. Place in oven to hot.
  5. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Pour 2 Tbsp.
  7. liquid from skillet.
  8. Add in shallots.
  9. Stir 2 min.
  10. Add in beef stock, vermouth, and lemon juice.
  11. Boil till reduced by half.
  12. Add in cream and capers.
  13. Stir till thickened.
  14. Add in chops and serve with rice.
