Boysenberry Vinaigrette 4 Recipe
- 1 pkt Frzn unsweetened, 10 ounce. Boysenberries, thawed
- 1/4 c. Boysenberry vinegar
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. Half and half
- Puree Boysenberries by pushing through a sieve with back of wooden spoon.
- Blend vinegar and sugar in blender till smooth.
- With blender running, slowly add in oil, then half and half, then Boysenberry puree (about 3/4 c.) Mix well.
- Chill till ready to serve.
- Shake well before stirring.
