Lemon Parsley Chicken
- 1 whole (3 Pound Or 1.4 Kg Size) Grass-fed/organic Chicken (ready To Bake)
- 1/4 cups Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cups Freshly Squeezed Organic Lemon Juice
- 1 bunch (small Bunch, Roughly 0.7 Oz Or 20 Gran Size) Fresh Organic Parsley
- 2 teaspoons (or To Taste) Unrefined Sea Salt

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

- Place the chicken in a glass or ceramic baking dish breast-side up.
- 3.
- Process the olive oil, lemon juice, parsley and salt in a food processor or with a hand blender until you have a smooth sauce.
- 4.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken so that every part of the chicken is covered by the sauce.
- 5.
- Bake in the oven for roughly 1.5 hours (or until the juices run clear), turning every half an hour and basting with the fluid from the bottom of the baking dish.
