Nectarine & Pineapple Salsa
- 2 whole Fresh Ripe Nectarines, Peeled, Pitted, Diced
- 5 ounces, weight Canned Pineapple Chunks With Natural Juices
- 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper (stem Removed And Keep As Much Seeds As Desired For Heat, Diced)
- 1/2 Red Onion, Diced
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt And Black Pepper To Taste
- Fresh Chopped Cilantro (optional)
- Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
- Stir well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
- This is delicious with grilled burgers.
