Black Forest Cheesecake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat cream cheese until fluffy; add sugar and cocoa, mix well.
  3. Add egg and almond extract.
  4. With a spatula, scrape filling into crust, spread evenly.
  5. Bake 35 minutes.
  6. Cool and refrigerate.
  7. Just before serving top with non-dairy whipped topping and cherry pie filling.
