Mary Rose's Jambalaya

  1. saute bacon, onions, peppers and garlic until tender.
  2. Add tomatoes.
  3. Add chicken broth, wine and seasonings.
  4. Bring to a boil and add rice.
  5. Reduce to a simmer - stirring occasionally and checking the liquid level, adjusting if necessary.
  6. When rice is cooked, add meat and/or seafood and heat through quickly.
