PHILADELPHIA Neapolitan No-Bake Cheesecake
- 30 OREO Cookies
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 4 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, thawed
- 1/4 cup strawberry preserves
- 3/4 cup chopped fresh strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- Process cookies in food processor until finely ground.
- Add butter; mix well.
- Press firmly onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
- Refrigerate.
- Beat Neufchatel and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended.
- Gently stir in COOL WHIP.
- Divide filling in half.
- Spread half of plain batter onto crust.
- Add preserves to remaining batter; mix until blended.
- Stir in strawberries.
- Spoon over crust.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Serve topped with chocolate syrup.
