Choc-Philly Muffins
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 2 teaspoons bicarbonate of soda
- 2 cups water
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- Filling
- 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- white or milk chocolate, melted
- Combine flour, sugar, cocoa and bicarbonate of soda in a mixing bowl.
- Blend water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla, add to flour mixture, stirring well.
- Spoon batter into lightly oiled muffin pans, filling to half full.
- Mix together filling ingredients and place a tablespoon of filling on each muffin.
- Bake at 190C for 20 minutes.
- Cool to serve.
