Crunchy Chicken Burgers

  1. Combine mayonnaise, chicken and the next four ingredients, mix well.
  2. Form mixture into six even burgers.
  3. Toss each in flour to coat.
  4. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
  5. Combine the extra mayonnaise with garlic and rosemary.
  6. Refrigerate.
  7. Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook burgers until golden and cooked through.
  8. Drain.
  9. Assemble lettuce mix onto bread roll halves.
  10. Top with burgers, avocado and capsicum.
  11. Drizzle with prepared rosemary mayonnaise.
  12. Top the remaining half of the bread roll.
  13. Serve with French Fries.
