Sweet 'n Spicy BBQ Ribs

  1. Cook barbecue sauces, sugar, honey and crushed pepper in saucepan on medium heat until heated through.
  2. (Do not exceed 160 degrees F.) Cool.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. Place ribs, bone-sides down, in single layer in full-size hotel pans.
  5. Rub 1 Tbsp.
  6. (15 mL) seasoning onto each rack; brush each rack with 1/4 cup (50 mL) sauce.
  7. Cover with foil.
  8. Bake in 200 degrees F standard oven 2 hours.
  9. Brush each rack with 1/4 cup (50 mL) of the remaining sauce.
  10. Bake 2 hours or until ribs are done and meat is very tender.
