Beef Fajitas Recipe
- 1 1/2 pound sirloin steak, cut thin slices, 2" long
- 1 lg. green pepper
- 2 c. tomatoes
- 1/4 pound slice mushrooms
- 1 cut onion, 1" slices
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 garlic
- Mix garlic, salt and pepper with meat strips.
- Heat pan and cook meat along for 5 min, stirring mix and add in all vegetables.
- Cook with meat 5 more min.
- Turn off, cover for 3 min, then ready to serve.
- Serve on a bed of rice or possibly Spanish rice or possibly refried beans.
- Serves 6.
