Olives a la Provencale
- 1 whole Garlic Clove, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
- 5- 1/2 Tablespoons Herbes De Provence
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4- 1/4 ounces, weight Black Olives
- Mix together garlic, honey, pepper and vinegar till the honey has dissolved.
- Stir in the herbs de Provence and olive oil, followed by olives.
- Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours.
- For green olives, use the same ingredients and process, but use only 1/4 tablespoon of honey.
