Frozen Chocolate Souffles

  1. Beat pudding mixes and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
  2. Stir in Cool Whip.
  3. Spoon half each of the cookies and pudding mixture evenly into 8 (1-cup) paper cups; press gently with back of spoon to release air pockets.
  4. Repeat layers; cover.
  5. Freeze 5 hours or until firm.
  6. Remove from freezer about 15 min.
  7. before serving.
  8. Let stand at room temperature to soften slightly.
  9. Peel away paper from souffles; place on plates.
  10. Garnish with cherries.
