Superb Japanese-style Steak Sauce

  1. Without washing the frying pan that you cooked the meat in, put in all of the ingredients except the daikon radish and simmer.
  2. Lightly strain the grated daikon radish and place it on the meat.
  3. Pour over the sauce and it's done.
  4. You could also mix the grated daikon radish with the sauce and then pour onto the meat!
