Superb Japanese-style Steak Sauce
- 1/4 Grated onion
- 1 clove Grated garlic
- 50 ml Sake
- 50 ml Ponzu
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 dash Umami seasoning
- 10 cm Grated daikon radish
- Without washing the frying pan that you cooked the meat in, put in all of the ingredients except the daikon radish and simmer.
- Lightly strain the grated daikon radish and place it on the meat.
- Pour over the sauce and it's done.
- You could also mix the grated daikon radish with the sauce and then pour onto the meat!
