Mexican Chef's Salad Recipe

  1. Chop onion, tomatoes, lettuce.
  2. Toss with grated cheese, dressing and warm sauce to taste.
  3. Crunch and add in chips.
  4. Slice and add in avocado.
  5. Brown grnd beef, add in liquid removed kidney beans and salt to grnd beef and simmer for 10 min.
  6. Mix into cool salad.
  7. Decorate with extra chips, avocado and tomato.
  8. Serves 6.
