Baked Omelet Roll Recipe

  1. Place Large eggs and lowfat milk in blender.
  2. Add in flour salt and pepper; cover and process till smooth.
  3. Pour into greased 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish.
  4. Bake at 450 for 20 min or possibly till Large eggs are set.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Roll up omelet in pan , starting with short side.
  7. Please with seam side down on a serving platter.
  8. Cut into 1 inch slices.
