Sweet n Salty Nutella Granola
- 1- 1/2 cup Quick Cooking Oats
- 1 cup Brown Rice Puff Cereal

- 1/2 cups Nutella
- 1/4 cups Plus 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips (optional)
- Preheat oven to 325 F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Mix the oats, brown rice puffs, and nuts in a large bowl and set aside.
- In a small bowl, melt the Nutella and maple syrup together in the microwave (about 30 seconds).
- Stir until completely smooth.
- Pour Nutella mixture over oats and nuts and stir together with a rubber spatula until evenly coated.
- Transfer to the prepared baking sheet, spreading it as thinly as possible.
- Bake for 30 minutes, stirring at each 10 minute interval.
- Remove pan from oven.
- Optional: Sprinkle chocolate chips over the hot granola (no need to stir).
- The chips will melt down a bit.
- Let the granola cool completely.
- Please note that it will be soft when removed from the oven but it will crunch up when exposed to air.
- Mine took about 30 minutes to crunch up.
- Enjoy!
