Macho Nacho Dip Recipe
- 2 (16 ounce.) cans refried beans
- 1 (1.25 ounce.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 (6 ounce.) carton avocado dip
- 1 (8 ounce.) carton dairy lowfat sour cream
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce.) can minced ripe olives, well liquid removed
- 2 lg. tomatoes, diced
- 1 sm. onion, finely minced
- 1 (4 ounce.) can minced green chilies, well liquid removed
- 1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
- Tortilla chips for dipping
- Combine beans and seasoning mix.
- Spread mix into a 7x11 baking dish.
- Layer remaining ingredients in order listed.
- Cover and chill up to 24 hrs.
- Bring to room temperature to serve.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
