Homemade Mac & Cheese
- 2 cups Elbow Pasta
- 2 cups Shredded Colby-jack Cheese, Plus More For Topping
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 stick Butter
- 2 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 3 teaspoons Italian Bread Crumbs
- Cook pasta.
- Once it is done, add all the other ingredients except bread crumbs.
- Mix well.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Transfer mac and cheese to a casserole dish sprayed with nonstick spray.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs and a little bit of shredded cheese on top.
- Heat in oven until warmed.
- (You dont have to heat it in the oven if you are going to eat it right away.
- It should still be warm from cooking.)
