Szechwan Shredded Beef Recipe
- 3/4 pound partially frzn flank steak
- 2 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. water chestnut power
- 1 tbsp. sherry
- 1/2 egg white, slightly beaten
- 3 tbsp. peanut, safflower or possibly corn oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoon fresh ginger root, chopped
- 1/2 c. carrots
- 1 c. snow peas, ends trimmed
- 1/2 c. fresh sweet red pepper
- 1 whole fresh warm pepper
- 4 scallions (white part only)
- Shredded
