Fresh Grated Parmesan Spaghetti & Meatballs
- 1 lb. extra-lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/3 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Refrigerated Coarsely Grated Parmesan and Romano Cheeses, divided
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti, uncooked, broken in half
- 1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO FAMILY FAVORITES Traditional Pasta Sauce
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix first 5 ingredients and 1/4 cup cheese; shape into 18 meatballs.
- Place in 15x10x1-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 15 min.
- or until done (160 degrees F).
- Meanwhile, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Heat sauce in large saucepan.
- Drain spaghetti; place on platter.
- Stir meatballs into sauce; spoon over spaghetti.
- Top with remaining cheese.
