Oil-Free Granola

  1. Combine all dry ingredients, fruits and nuts in a large bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix the honey, hot water and vanilla.
  3. Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Spread a 1/2 inch layer on baking dished and bake in a 250F oven for one hour, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from oven, let cool.
  6. Store in covered containers.
