Marzetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup steak cut into small pieces.
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1/2 green pepper chopped
- 1 can ( 10 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10 ounces) tomato soup
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 12 oz, wide noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- In large skillet cook steak until no longer pink.
- Remove, cook beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat until no longer pink.
- Drain, add steak, then stir in the next 9 ingredients.
- Next, spoon into greased 3 quart baking dish, sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover and bske at 325F for 45 minutes or until heated through.
