Melt-in-Your-Mouth Almond Tofu
- 400 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 5 grams Gelatin powder
- 50 ml Water
- 20 drops Almond extract
- Put 50 ml of water into a bowl, sprinkle the gelatin on top, and soak for about 10 minutes.
- Put 100 ml of milk and the sugar into a mug and microwave on low for about a minute to dissolve the sugar.
- If available, use the milk warming setting on your microwave.
- Check that the sugar has dissolved into the milk, add it to the bowl from Step 1 and mix well.
- Add the remaining milk and almond extract, and mix well.
- Pour into serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator.
- If it's not sweet enough, top with honey or simple syrup when serving.
- In that case, add a couple drops of almond extract to make it even more aromatic!
