Chocolate Tart

  1. Crack egg white into crust.
  2. Swirl it around so it covers the whole crust.
  3. To seal, bake at 325 for 5 minutes.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Put cocoa, syrup, and oil in a blender and blend till smooth.
  6. (If you have a regular store bought blender, do it in two batches as it's quite thick).
  7. Once crust is cool, pour in the filling.
  8. Chill in the fridge for a few hours.
