Pig Cake

• 1 box cake mix butter-flavoured
• 1 can mandarin oranges
• 4 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 box instant pudding mix, vanilla
• 1 can pineapple crushed
• 1 container whipped topping, prepared
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 package cream cheese

1. Pour liquid of Mandarin oranges in small bowl.
2. Add cake mix, butter and vanilla.
3. Add eggs, one at a time.
4. Chop up Mandarin oranges into small pieces.
5. Beat all ingredients except Mandarin oranges for 3 minutes on mix setting.
6. Add oranges and beat for one more minute.
7. Pour into 3 greased and floured foil cake pans.
8. Bake.
9. For the frosting, combine vanilla pudding mix with cream cheese and pineapple juice.
10. Add powdered sugar and crushed pineapple pieces.
11. Fold in Dream Whip.
12. Beat for 2 minutes.
13. Frost cake.
