An Easy Tomato Dish Multi-National Salad

  1. Cut the tomato into 2-3 cm pieces.
  2. Put in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar.
  3. If the tomatoes aren't very sweet, add extra sugar.
  4. Add the sesame oil to the bowl and mix, then add the ponzu sauce and mix again.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  6. Cut the cheese into 5cm pieces, and the nori into thin strips.
  7. Add the cheese just before serving and mix.
  8. Transfer to serving plates, top with nori seaweed, and enjoy.
