White Cheesy Noodles Low Cal Fettuccine Alfredo

  1. Cook pasta according to package, omit salt and fat.
  2. Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.
  3. Melt butter in nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic, saute 30 seconds.
  5. Add reserved pasta water and cream cheese; whisk to smooth.
  6. Combine broth and flour in a small stirring bowl, whisk to smooth.
  7. Add flour mixture to pan, stir with whisk.
  8. Bring to a boil; cook 2 minutes stirring constantly.
  9. Remove from heat add romano cheese, stir until smooth; add half-and-half.
