Oh, so Decadent Pudding!

  1. In a large saucepan, heat gently and stir constantly milk, sugar, eggs, and pistachios.
  2. After 1/2 hour, when it starts to thicken, add strawberries.
  3. If you turn down the heat, you can stop stirring constantly, but still stir once in a while.
  4. Add yogurt, vanilla, and tahini.
  5. Stir some more.
  6. When it looks about the right consistency, add the chocolate, stirring briskly.
  7. Remove from the heat.
  8. Put in individual serving cups and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  9. If you can't wait that long, it is good right from the pot.
