Buffalo Shrimp Sandwich

  1. Arrange shrimp on one half of bun, top with hot sauce and provolone cheese.
  2. Place under the broiler for 2 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bun is toasted.
  3. (Watch it the whole time, broilers are finickyit can go from cold to burnt really fast.
  4. I keep the oven door cracked.)
  5. Top with ranch or bleu cheese dressing and enjoy!
  6. If you want an extra kick, you can sprinkle blackened or cajun seasoning on your shrimp first.
  7. Yum!
