Buffalo Shrimp Sandwich
- 5 whole Cooked Shrimp, Peeled Deveined And Tails Removed
- 1 whole Sub Bun, Cut In Half
- 2 Tablespoons Hot Sauce
- 1 slice Provolone Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Ranch Or Bleu Cheese Dressing
- Arrange shrimp on one half of bun, top with hot sauce and provolone cheese.
- Place under the broiler for 2 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bun is toasted.
- (Watch it the whole time, broilers are finickyit can go from cold to burnt really fast.
- I keep the oven door cracked.)
- Top with ranch or bleu cheese dressing and enjoy!
- If you want an extra kick, you can sprinkle blackened or cajun seasoning on your shrimp first.
