Grass-Fed Beef Stir-Fry with Broccoli

  1. Heat oil in a medium saute pan over medium-high.
  2. Saute garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes until just golden, stirring frequently, about 1 minute.
  3. Increase heat to high, and add beef and broccoli.
  4. Cook until beef is seared and broccoli is crisp-tender, turning strips once, 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in tamari and orange juice.
  6. Serve immediately.
