Brussels sprouts & apple warm salad

  1. Trim and quarter brussels sprouts
  2. Wash the apple with its skin on and cut it in cubes
  3. Pour olive oil in a baking dish
  4. Combine apple and Brussels sprouts in it
  5. Add soy sauce and cider vinegar
  6. Add thyme and ground black pepper
  7. Add sesame seeds
  8. Preheat oven at 180C and bake for 30 minutes
