Pork Chop And Potatoes Bake Recipe
- 6 pork chops
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1 can Durkee French fried onions
- 1 (24 ounce.) pkg. frzn hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Brown pork chops in lightly greased skillet.
- Combine soup, lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, pepper and 1/2 tsp.
- of seasoned salt.
- Stir in potatoes, 1/2 c. cheese and 1/2 can French fried onions in casserole or possibly 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Arrange pork chops over potatoes.
- Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 min.
- Top with remaining cheese and French fried onions.
- Bake uncovered 5 min longer.
