Lemon Dill Cheese Ball

  1. In a food processor, pulse half the dill and the garlic clove until the garlic is chopped.
  2. Add the cheeses and lemon zest and pulse again for a minute or two until the mixture is almost totally smooth.
  3. This may take a few seconds to come togetherthe blade will heat the cheese and allow it to soften, so just be patient!
  4. Turn the cheese mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap that youve spritzed with cooking spray.
  5. Wrap the cheese in the plastic wrap, gently forming it into a ball as you seal the plastic.
  6. Place the cheese ball in a bowl to prevent a flat edge, and chill for 2 hours up to 2 days.
  7. When ready to serve, put the remaining dill on a plate.
  8. Roll the cheese ball in the dill until its totally covered.
  9. Serve as desired.
  10. Enjoy!
  11. Note: Can be made up to two days in advance.
  12. Roll in the dill at the last minute and youre ready to serve!
