Tender Lovin' Tenderloin

  1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees F. Rub outside of tenderloin with seasoned salt and pepper.
  2. Roast for 45 minutes.
  3. FOR SAUTEED MUSHROOMS: Heat butter in skillet until melted; add mushrooms and onions and cook until onions are tender.
  4. Add garlic salt, broths and wine.
  5. Simmer 15 minutes.
  6. Slice beef at an angle into 1/2 inch slices.
  7. Serve each portion with 3 ounces sliced beef topped with 1/2 cup sauteed mushrooms.
