Kanten Tofu Chocolate Cakes for Dieters

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  3. Turn on the switch and mix well.
  4. It's ready when everything is blended well.
  5. Pour the batter into muffin cups.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180C.
  7. When they are baked, let cool.
  8. When they have cooled, chill in the fridge.
  9. You can sprinkle sesame seeds on top to taste.
  10. They will set when chilled because of the kanten in the batter.
  11. These are slightly sweet chilled chocolate desserts.
  12. I steam baked the cakes for 30 minutes at 150C.
  13. The texture is like a smooth custard pudding.
  14. This is baked in a cake pan.
  15. I used a pan without a removable bottom.
  16. When the cake is freshly baked, it's very soft.
  17. But it will set when it's chilled in the fridge (it was baked for 40 minutes at 160C).
