Vanilla Mousse with Berries.

  1. Whisk pudding, milk, vanilla until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm
  3. Add container of cool whip and use rubber spatula to fold into pudding.
  4. Do not mix.
  5. In separate bowl add berries and chambord .refrigerate until chilled.
  6. Chill 6 martini glasses and layer berries and mousse.
  7. Top with a dollop of whipped cream.
