Salad with tuna and fusilli pasta
- 350 grams tricolor fusilli
- 200 grams string beans
- 200 grams canned white beans
- 150 ml natural yogurt
- 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tbsp salt
- 400 grams canned tuna
- 1 onion, cut into thin slices
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- Boil the fusilli pasta and put the string beans 5 min before the pasta is ready.
- Rinse well, drain the water and cool down.
- Mix the white beans, natural yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and the salt.
- The dressing is ready.
- Pour it into a large bowl.
- Add the fusilli pasta, string beans, the tuna, onion and stir carefully.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve with white bread.
