BBQ Chicken Kabobs

• 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch pieces
• 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE BBQ Glaze Seasoned Coating Mix
• 1-1/2 cups cherry tomatoes
• 1 green pepper, cut into 2-inch pieces
• 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks in juice, drained

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package; thread onto skewers alternately with remaining ingredients.
3. Place on foil-covered baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Bake 15 min.
5. or until chicken is done.
