Whipped Ricotta with Honey and Mixed Berries

  1. Blend ricotta, cream cheese, 2 tablespoons sugar, honey, and vanilla in processor until smooth.
  2. Transfer to bowl.
  3. Cover bowl and refrigerate until ricotta mixture is slightly set, about 2 hours.
  4. (Can be made 1 day ahead.
  5. Keep refrigerated.
  6. Stir before using.)
  7. Combine berries, lemon juice and remaining 2 tablespoons sugar in large bowl; toss to coat.
  8. Let stand 30 minutes at room temperature.
  9. Divide ricotta mixture among 6 wineglasses.
  10. Top with berries and serve.
