Chinese Sausage Wrapped In Fish Paste
- 1 tbsp of salt
- 1/4 cup water with
- 200 grams fish paste
- 4 chinese sausage
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- STEAM CHINESE SAUSAGE
- Remover the sausage casing then put it on a,steaming plate and steam for 15 minute then add in light soy sauce and steam for another 5
- FISH PASTE OPTION
- beat fish meat till almost sticking on on knife then add 2 tbsp salted water and beat till its lightly sticky or use a ready to used fish paste bought from store
- wrap fish paste on a cooked chinese sausage
- Pan fry for 3 to 4 minutes till lightly brown and fish paste are cooked
- servec as it is or slice up
