Chinese Sausage Wrapped In Fish Paste

  1. STEAM CHINESE SAUSAGE
  2. Remover the sausage casing then put it on a,steaming plate and steam for 15 minute then add in light soy sauce and steam for another 5
  3. FISH PASTE OPTION
  4. beat fish meat till almost sticking on on knife then add 2 tbsp salted water and beat till its lightly sticky or use a ready to used fish paste bought from store
  5. wrap fish paste on a cooked chinese sausage
  6. Pan fry for 3 to 4 minutes till lightly brown and fish paste are cooked
  7. servec as it is or slice up
