Baked Apple Cider Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Salt and pepper chicken and place in a baking dish.
  3. Add your onion and apple, surrounding your chicken with them.
  4. Sprinkle with the thyme.
  5. In a small mixing bowl or pyrex dish, wisk together the cider, honey, garlic and mustard until combined.
  6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and onto the apples and onion.
  7. Cover the chicken with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Take off the foil and bake uncovered for 15 more minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  9. Also check to make sure you have enough juice in the dish, so it doesnt dry.
  10. If not, add little more cider to it.
