Tuna Ceviche in Little Gems

  1. Chop the tuna finely and put into a bowl.
  2. Add the coriander and mix well.
  3. Mix together all the dressing ingredients in a jar and pour over the tuna.
  4. Wash the lettuce leaves and dry thoroughly.
  5. Spoon some of the tuna into each leaf and sprinkle with chiles.
