Gratin Meatballs Parmentier

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0 F.
  2. Boil potatoes for 10 - 20 minutes until tender.
  3. Let potatoes cool slightly and then slice as pictured.
  4. Mix ground Beef, chopped Onions, Paprika, Parsley, Salt and Pepper and form meat balls as pictured.
  5. Make Bechamel Sauce.
  6. Assemble Potatoes and Meat Balls as pictured and pour Bechamel Sauce over the top.
  7. Sprinkle grated Mozzarella over the top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 400u0b0 F. until meat balls are cooked (160u0b0F.) and top is browned.
