Smokin' Hot Beef Buffalo Burgers

  1. In a heavy saucepan, combine the sauce ingredients and simmer on medium-low heat until thickened; set aside.
  2. Mix together the burger ingredients and grill or broil 6 - 7 minutes on each side.
  3. Generously coat with prepared sauce the cooked burger and serve topped with celery and blue cheese dressing on toasted hamburger buns.
