Grilled Brioche Roll with Blueberry and Vanilla Mascarpone

  1. To grill brioche: Slice brioche rolls in half lengthwise, then brush eat cut side with 1/2 teaspoon melted butter.
  2. Grill cut side down over medium-high heat until lightly toasted, about 30 seconds per side.
  3. Then flip and continue with the toppings below.
  4. To make the blueberry and vanilla mascarpone: Mix mascarpone with sugar and vanilla extract.
  5. Transfer grilled brioche to plates, add a dollop of mascarpone mixture, then top with blueberries.
