Easy Pasta with Mushrooms and Cream Cheese in a Bowl
- 200 grams Pasta (1.6 mm, cooking time 7 minutes)
- 4 slice Bacon
- 1 packet Shimeji mushrooms
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp White wine
- 1 tsp Consomme stock granules
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 6 tbsp Heavy cream
- 4 tbsp Grated cheese
- 1 dash Parsley
- Cook the pasta a little bit less than the cooking time on the package.
- Place the 1 cm bacon strips, crumbled shimeji mushrooms, and ingredients in a heatproof bowl.
- Cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 5 minutes at 600 W.
- Add ingredients to Step 2, and mix.
- *Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper according to your taste.
- Drain the freshly cooked pasta in a sieve, add to Step 3 sauce, and mix well.
- Serve onto a plate, garnish with minced parsley, and done.
