Crock pot chicken and dumplings

  1. Put leg quarters and water in crock pot, cook on high for about an hour
  2. Add in butter, garlic, onion, rotel, carrots, pepper, butter, and celery flakes
  3. Let cook for about 3 or 4 more hours
  4. Use tongs to beging pulling out the leg quarters one at a time to debone them and add meat back to crock pot
  5. Let cook for about 45 more min
  6. Tear biscuits into quarter sized peices and add to crock pot ..( it helps if you push them under the juice with a spoon to keep them from sticking to each other
  7. Allow to cook for another 45 min to cook dumplings
  8. Mix slightly and enjoy
