Herbed Pizza Biscuits

  1. Preheat oven to 35o.
  2. In a small bowl, combine Bisquick, tomato sauce, and Italian seasoning; blend well.
  3. Pinch off about 2 teaspoons of dough, roll into a ball and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  4. Repeat until all of the dough has been used up.
  5. Top each ball with a slice of pepperoni; press to flatten slightly.
  6. Bake until pepperoni is bubbly and biscuit is golden around the edges, about 10 minutes.
