Herbed Pizza Biscuits
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 24 thin slices pepperoni
- Preheat oven to 35o.
- In a small bowl, combine Bisquick, tomato sauce, and Italian seasoning; blend well.
- Pinch off about 2 teaspoons of dough, roll into a ball and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Repeat until all of the dough has been used up.
- Top each ball with a slice of pepperoni; press to flatten slightly.
- Bake until pepperoni is bubbly and biscuit is golden around the edges, about 10 minutes.
